STONERA TS -- new age finishing material

Natural stone is used in architecture as silk is in fashion: it's a pleasure to touch it, feel the eternity of the universe by contemplating this amazing creation. In the same way that skin covers the body, so it is that a skin of stone on a wall gives a more natural look and enriches the surrounding space.

Main specifications:
1. Thin layer of natural stone 3-7 mm thick.
2. Weight – 8-14 kg/m2.

Types of backing:

1. Aluminium panel base:
• Used in the aircraft industry for more than 50 years: the Stealth fighters, bombers, helicopter wings are build using this type of panels.

• Withstands enormous forces: quick changes (during a few seconds) in temperatures (from -50C to 80C), tremendous windloads and vibration.

• Due to the structure of the panel, it also serves as additional sound-proof layer.

Field of application: façade decoration.

2. Base –extruded polystyrene/ polyurethane.

Field of application: used for outside finishing + extra warming.

Installation:
STONERA TS panel can be installed in many different ways that satisfy building requirements. We offer the simplest and the strongest of all the methods – using bolts and adjustable panels.

Costs:

Due to it's light weight (4 times lighter than usual 2,5 cm thick stone slab) and very good resistant properties, you save up to 30% of the cost of a well-engineered of 2,5 cm system. The 80% reduction in weight transforms into savings in cost of back up structure, labor costs and rapid installation without the need for heavy-duty mechanical handling equipment.
