Any monument from natural stone is „eternal“, but in order for it keep in good condition you need to clean and to protect it.
Cleaning of a surface os one of the most important procedures for the correct treatment of marbles and granites. If the monument surface is very dirty (cement, oil spots), stronger detergents are used (Ultra-Stripper gel).
Often stone monuments become one of the favourite places of graffiti artists. If the stone monument was spoiled with paints, you can clean it with special paint-removing paste Wall Clean.
To clean the monument from algae and musk you can use a special detergent Algakill. It also protects stone from algae formation for at least 6 months, that‘s why it is recommended to use this detergent each six months (in spring and autumn). There are also special protectives which protect the monument not only from algae formation, but also from water and dirt penetration, UV effect and make it easier to maintain the cleant surface of the monument. They can either keep the original colour of stone surface or enhance the color of the stone.
